What is actually happening right now?
What patterns keep repeating?
Where is friction making life harder than it needs to be?
What constraints do I need to take seriously?
What change would actually make a meaningful difference?
The point is not to reduce every problem to discipline, nor to pretend every issue can be solved with a better routine.
